Why
Bad Girls
Growing up, we’re told to be ‘good girls’.
Two little words that undoubtedly shaped our paths
and set us on a different trajectory than our male counterparts.
Those praised for things like risk-taking, strength, or making an effort.
Being a ‘good girl’ does no good for anyone.
So we’re shaking things up.
Knowledge is power.
We’re rallying our girl gang: disseminating it far and wide.
Until we’ve permeated every last corner of society.
A big mission?
Sure, but that’s what we’re telling ourselves.
Because as we know, there’s a lot of power in words.
Welcome to
Bad Girls Collective.
Our Story
Read More
Founded in 2014, Bad Girls Collective is a network of badass
women on that intellectual tip – a mega book club. Originally born
as a New Years resolution to read more, it has become our mission
to bring well-read women together to share the power of reading
and revel in each other’s stories.
What We Do
The Baddest
Book Club
We curate literature and share recommendations for our gang that we hope will strengthen dialogue and perspectives within our community.
Bad Girls gather bi-monthly to discuss a selected read joined by the author, alongside other notable humans pertinent to the book’s themes.
We stand to celebrate the voices of our community through book reviews and recommendations, interviews and events.
Who We Are
The Brains
Being the baddest book club in all of the lands means we pack some
major brain behind the scenes. Our Bad Girls’ team is run by
experts coming from the advertising, tech and finance worlds.
Meet the gals.
